Virginia City, NV (Part 2)

A couple more images from Virginia City. It's been raining here in the Bay Area for a while now. I'm itching to go out and take some more pictures.

Virginia City, NV

I haven't posted in a while. It's a shame because I'm sure there are some pictures I can share. Last weekend we went to Sparks, NV. On Sunday we drove to Virginia City. Even though it's a complete tourist trap, we had a good time. And there are many photo opportunities. Here are a few of the pictures I took. All HDR and given a grungy, gritty look. It's an old town after all. Enjoy.

Big Basin - Berry Creek Falls Loop

Last Saturday two buddies of mine and I went on a 10 mile hike at Big Basin State Park. The Berry Creek Loop is a fantastic hike through the redwoods. During the hike you see three different waterfalls. Since we did the loop counter clockwise, we saw Golden Cascades first, then Silver Creek Falls and finally Berry Creek Falls. Here are some pictures.

Belgium

Last year June I went to Belgium to visit my family. I guess I never posted any pictures I took while I was there. Since it was a short visit, I visited my family alone this time. Therefore I had a lot of time to take pictures. Here are some pictures from Damme, Brugge and Lier.

Sure looks like it. The police was right on his tail and caught him in Almaden QuickSilver Park.

Moon Eclipse

I didn't think we were going to be able to see the moon eclipse. We've had some real bad weather these past days. Rain, wind, grey sky ... But nature was kind to us tonight. We had the opportunity to look at the moon eclipse. It was awesome!
